Field Nurses are responsible for completing all assigned patient care duties according to the established plan of care, which includes reevaluation as necessary. They must also ensure all clinical nurse notes are completed entirely and perform skilled care services when applicable.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia Board of Nursing. Essential experience includes working within a home care agency setting, and applicants must demonstrate versatility and dependability.
