Caregivers provide direct in-home care, supporting personal care, daily living activities, and agreed-upon domestic tasks to promote client safety, independence, and comfort. Responsibilities include following established care plans, reporting observations, and assisting with various in-home services as contracted.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required, along with current CPR and First Aid Certification or the willingness to obtain them after hiring. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided by the agency.
