Care for clients with illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes by assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene. Responsibilities also include checking vital signs, monitoring intake/output, and documenting changes while collaborating with the home health team.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with an active Nursing Assistant Certification license in Illinois and current CPR certification. A valid Illinois driver's license, auto insurance, transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also mandatory.
