The LPN or RN will provide skilled patient care according to the established plan of care, which includes administering medications and treatments as ordered. Responsibilities also involve monitoring and accurately documenting the patient's condition and completing all required clinical notes.
Candidates must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Virginia State Board of Nursing. Experience in a home health or home care setting is preferred, alongside strong clinical, communication, and documentation abilities.
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN or RN to provide care for a patient in the home health setting. This is a part-time position with scheduled shifts on Wednesdays and Fridays.
