Field staff will provide care for seniors in various settings, including homes and facilities like clinics, hospitals, and schools. Responsibilities include examining patients, conducting assessments, documenting conditions, monitoring vitals, administering medication, and maintaining a safe environment.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active nursing license, or hold an active CNA or Med Aide License within the state, and must be at least 18 years old. Experience is preferred but not required, alongside knowledge of healthcare laws and demonstrated clinical proficiency.
