Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN

• Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening May 2026!
• Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.
• Performs component of occupational therapy procedures and related tasks under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and in accordance with practices of occupational therapy.
• Patient population ranges in age from 18 years to geriatric experiencing rehabilitation diagnosis/conditions and/or conditions requiring rehabilitation.
• Assist patients in achieving his/her maximum functional performance while learning to live within his/her capabilities.
• Record patient’s responses to treatment and report treatment outcomes to the Occupational Therapist.

Pay

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.

Desired Qualification

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience.
