Job description
Main Line Fertility is seeking an experienced Certified Phlebotomist for a part time position on our team of professional clinicians. Candidates for this role should be excellent communicators who excel at developing and maintaining patient relationships, working well on a collaborative team and delivering the very best in compassionate, patient care.

Friday, 7:00am or 7:30 am - 12:00, with holiday rotation.

Mawr, with occasional travel to: Havertown, West Chester, Wyomissing, Philadelphia - Arch St. or Fort Washington. Reliable transportation a must!
Responsibilities
include:
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for fertility-related testing (hormones, pregnancy tests, genetic labs)
Properly label, process, and prepare specimens for in-house analysis or external laboratories
Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and patient identification protocols
Provide compassionate patient care, particularly for anxious or sensitive fertility patients
Coordinate timing of blood draws with treatment cycles and clinical staff
Accurately document procedures and results in electronic medical records (EMR)
Maintain phlebotomy supplies, equipment, and sample integrity
Comply with HIPAA, CLIA, and clinic-specific policies and procedures
