Duties

• Help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep
• Do light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
• Assist with moving around and mobility as needed
• Follow care plans created with families and healthcare providers
• Spend quality time with clients—conversation, activities, and companionship
• Keep the home clean, safe, and respectful of client privacy

• What We’re Looking For
• Experience in caregiving or supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
• We’re happy to train the right candidate who has the heart to care
• Ability to assist clients with lifting and mobility support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
