Home Health Aides are responsible for providing non-medical caregiving services to seniors, which includes assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and following personalized care plans. They will also assist with housekeeping and meal preparation.
Candidates must be certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA), STNA, CNA, or MA in Ohio to qualify for this role. Essential attributes include excellent communication skills and a compassionate and empathetic attitude, along with the ability to work independently.
