Home Health Aides are responsible for providing non-medical caregiving services to seniors, which includes assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and following personalized care plans. Responsibilities also extend to assisting with housekeeping and meal preparation.
Candidates must be certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA), STNA, CNA, or MA in Ohio. Essential soft skills include excellent communication abilities and a compassionate and empathetic attitude, along with the capacity to work independently.
