Caregiver

• Western Slope In-Home Care provides home care services to Medicaid, VA, LTC insurance, and private pay clients who want to remain independent and live in their own homes.

Pay Rate

$18.00- $20.00 per hour

5-hour shifts, 5 days a week (25 hours a week), 8 am or 9 am arrival times. 3 to 5-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Daily Tasks: Support with morning medications, Shower prompting/supervision, Bedding changes, Meal assistance

Ideal Candidates will

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CNA a plus, but not required.
• 1 years of caregiver experience preferred but not required

Caregivers work in the privacy of each patient’s home, allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

COVID-19 considerations

We provide infection control training, provide a PPE training and a gear bag at orientation.
