The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct nursing care according to care plans and physician orders, including administering medications and treatments with accurate documentation. Responsibilities also involve monitoring resident conditions, communicating with relevant parties, and serving as Charge Nurse when scheduled.
Candidates must possess an active Washington State LPN License and a High School Diploma or GED, with college coursework preferred. A minimum of one year of nursing or related experience is preferred, along with required certifications like CPR and Dementia & Mental Health Training.
