The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse will prioritize resident service by delivering a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. Key duties include admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, administering medication, and monitoring unlicensed staff performance.
Applicants must possess a current LVN/LPN license to practice in the state, along with strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, direct care provision, or behavioral/memory care is preferred.
