The Physical Therapist will develop and plan physical therapy treatments for patients suffering from injuries or various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, adhering strictly to physician recommendations and protocols. Responsibilities also include direct patient care, which may involve being on your feet all day and assisting in transporting, positioning, or holding patients as necessary.
Candidates must possess an active license to practice Physical Therapy in Iowa, or be in the process of completing their degree with the anticipation of licensure. Essential soft skills include strong communication abilities to interact professionally with patients and physicians, and a curious nature demonstrated through active listening and asking clarifying questions.
