The Behavioral Health Clinician 2 provides counseling services to individual patients, their families, and groups, conducting therapy sessions using strength-based approaches and administering various therapeutic interventions. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans, assessing progress, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
Minimum requirements include a Master's degree or higher in Social Work and an active LCSW State license in good standing, along with experience providing therapy and counseling services. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
