The role involves conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers aged 0–3, providing engaging, play-based physical therapy in natural home or community environments. Therapists will also coach families on integrating strategies into daily routines and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must possess an active Indiana Physical Therapist License, and while pediatric experience with infants and toddlers is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive coaching. Strong skills in family coaching, communication, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.
