include conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers aged 0–3, and providing engaging, play-based, evidence-based occupational therapy in natural environments like homes or communities. Therapists will also coach families on integrating strategies into daily routines and complete accurate, real-time documentation.
Candidates must possess an active Indiana Occupational Therapy License, and while pediatric experience with infants and toddlers is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive coaching. Strong skills in family coaching, communication, and collaboration, alongside a deep passion for helping young children, are essential.
