The Sonographer will perform required sonographic procedures, travel to various clinic sites, and meticulously inspect patient records to evaluate sonograms for potential anomalies. They must also create detailed reports to support physician documentation and provide visual guidance during procedures like amniocentesis.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAAHEP-accredited program and hold an RDMS certification with an OB/GYN specialty, along with at least one year of high-risk OB or MFM sonography experience. Essential qualifications include knowledge of anatomy, physics related to ultrasound, HIPAA compliance, and strong interpersonal skills.
