The Sonographer will perform required sonographic procedures, commute to various clinic sites, and evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out patient/fetus anomalies. Responsibilities also include communicating findings to physicians and providing visual guidance for procedures like amniocentesis.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAAHEP-accredited program and hold Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification with an OB/GYN specialty. A minimum of one year of high-risk OB and/or MFM sonography experience is required, along with knowledge of human anatomy and applied ultrasound physics.
