The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for completing required record keeping for resident movements and coordinating daily services with nursing staff to maintain the total regimen of care. This role also involves preparing and administering medications, reviewing care plans, and providing leadership to nursing personnel during unit rounds.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college and hold a current, unencumbered, active LPN license in the state, along with active CPR/BLS Certification. Required knowledge includes nursing practices, procedures, and relevant laws/regulations for nursing care facilities, plus experience with EMR systems.
