include completing required record keeping for resident movements, coordinating daily services with staff to maintain care regimens, and preparing/administering medications accurately. The role also involves reviewing care plans, providing leadership to nursing personnel, and developing rapport with staff, residents, and families.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution and hold a current, unencumbered, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state. Required qualifications also include knowledge of nursing practices, ability to chart descriptively, experience with EMR systems, and active CPR/BLS certification.
