The core responsibilities involve conducting and documenting accurate patient assessments and interviewing patients and their families. This role requires working with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the timely completion of resident assessment protocols and patient care plans.
Candidates must be an RN or LPN licensed to work in the State of TN and should possess excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Two years of MDS experience is preferred for this full-time day shift position.

NHC HealthCare Oak Ridge is looking for an RN or LPN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent time management and organization skills and be an exceptional communicator. Licensure: RN license and able to work in the State of TN
Experience: 2 years of MDS experience preferred
