The Outpatient Therapist will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans, incorporating client input on treatment and after-care plans. Services may be provided to individuals and groups struggling with substance use and mental health, including engaging family members or support systems in the care process.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree and mental health licensure, such as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A), with dual licensure (LCAS(A)) being preferred. Experience in Substance Use services is preferred, along with proficiency in EHR systems and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

As an Outpatient Therapist you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.
