Provide crisis intervention, case management, and therapy to children with mental health disorders to prevent out-of-home placement. Coordinate initial assessments, develop Person-Centered Plans, and link families to essential community resources.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with two years of experience or a Master's degree with one year of experience working with at-risk youth. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform basic operational functions are mandatory.
