The Intensive Care Coordinator will facilitate the development and implementation of Individual Care Plans and safety plans for MassHealth youth with serious emotional disturbance, while acting as a liaison and advocate with collateral agencies and providers. Responsibilities include performing initial assessments, monitoring service delivery, maintaining provider relationships, and ensuring timely, quality documentation per MassHealth requirements.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a mental health field such as social work or psychology, along with experience navigating child/family-serving systems and advocating within behavioral health systems. Maintaining certification in the Massachusetts CANS is mandatory for this role.

The Boston area Community Service Agency (CSA) serves youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) who are enrolled in MassHealth Standard or CommonHealth and meet certain medical criteria. This program is part of the Massachusetts Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI).
The Boston area CSA, located in Roslindale, seeks a Full-Time Intensive Care Coordinator to facilitate the development and implementation of an Individual Care Plan and risk management/safety plan for MassHealth youth with serious emotional disturbance.

The pay range listed represents the company’s good faith estimate of the salary or wage range for this position at the time of posting, as required under applicable law. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including a candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, and internal equity relative to other employees in similar roles. Candidates with less directly related experience may be placed toward the lower end of the range, while those with extensive or specialized experience may be placed toward the higher end. Market conditions and budget considerations may also influence final pay decisions.
