The Clinical Specialist provides clinical and administrative support to the REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) and assists the mobile team, conducting assessments, delivering crisis services, and supporting Behavior Technicians while maintaining a safe environment for guests. This role also assists the CTH Supervisor in developing clinical integrity for daily programming, provides virtual oversight of assessments, offers QMHP-T supervision, and participates in the residential on-call rotation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in health, psychology, or social work and be licensed or license-eligible as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Preferred qualifications include three years of experience with developmental disabilities and mental health populations, along with a valid driver's license and proficiency in EHR systems.

00am–3:00pm, 8:00am–4:00pm, or 9:00am–5:00pm. After training, this role offers the option to work remotely one day per week.
