The therapist will conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to create meaningful, person-centered treatment plans reflecting each client's unique needs and aspirations. They will also be responsible for designing and leading therapy groups to foster connection and growth among clients.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree and mental health licensure, such as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A), with dual licensure including LCAS(A) being preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with EHR systems are also required.

As a Outpatient Therapist on the team, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.
