The Universal Worker/CNA assists senior living tenants with activities of daily living, medication observation, vital signs recording, and provides emotional and cognitive support. This role also involves performing essential support tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, meal assistance, and planning life enrichment activities.
Candidates must either possess a current ND CNA license and ND MA I license or be able to obtain them upon hire, and must pass Eventide’s Home Health Aide competency training. Eventide offers assistance to new hires to cover the cost of CNA certification classes and test fees.
Eventide Heartland Courts Senior Living in Devils Lake is currently seeking a Part-Time Universal Worker/CNA to work the overnight shift (10 pm-6:30 am). This is a 16-hour per pay period position, every other weekend rotation as well as a holiday rotation.

The Universal Worker/CNA provides high-quality and safe personal care assistance to senior living tenants that is consistent with the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as well as the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Eventide. The Universal Worker/CNA will also perform housekeeping, laundry, and planning and life enrichment activities as needed.
