Candidates must possess excellent phlebotomy skills, including venipuncture, with a minimum of one full year of experience within the last three years. Essential requirements include professional communication skills, the ability to provide compassionate care, strict adherence to procedures, exceptional judgment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
