The technologist will operate the CT scanner, prepare and position patients, screen them for safety, obtain IV access, and administer contrast while recognizing adverse reactions. They must also collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians, follow safety protocols, and perform routine quality control on equipment.
Candidates require 0-3 years of relevant experience, Basic Life Support certification from AHA, and active certification through ARRT (RT(R) or RT(NM)) or NMTCB (CNMT). Advanced certification in CT must be obtained within 12 months of hire, along with a current Indiana State Department of Health license.

This position is PRN, rotating, at Tipton Hospital. The technologist will need to do CT & Xray exams, the ability to do C-arm cases is preferred.
