The Physician Assistant will conduct comprehensive women's health examinations, diagnose and treat common gynecological conditions, and perform routine procedures like Pap smears and contraceptive insertions/removals. Responsibilities also include managing routine prenatal and postpartum care in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives.
Candidates must have a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, current NCCPA certification, and state licensure, along with BLS certification; ACLS is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred, though new graduates will be considered.
Experience with routine gynecological procedures Knowledge of contraceptive methods and family planning Experience with prenatal care and women's health across the lifespan Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred in select markets) Experience in collaborative care models
