The Case Manager will coordinate service needs and collaborate with other services and agencies to support members. This role involves completing assessments to determine the appropriate level of services for new members served within a Mobile Crisis Response Team.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and have one year of experience in mental health services. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance are mandatory, along with a willingness to drive clients to appointments using a company vehicle.

Expected starting wage range is $27.30 - $33.73. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
