The role involves completing the nursing process assessment, care planning implementation, and evaluation, while revising care plans promptly as patient conditions change. Essential functions include performing various clinical skills such as dressing changes for central lines, port access, starting/discontinuing peripheral IVs, and administering medications and blood products.
Candidates must possess the ability to work under pressure with flexible hours, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and effective communication with staff, patients, and physicians. Preferred qualifications include a current Oregon RN License and obtaining Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification within 12 months of hire, along with completing initial IV Therapy Skills Form.

Medium to high physical and mental demand capabilities required. Ability to walk and to stand throughout tour of duty. Must be able to work independently as well as with co-workers and patients. Must be able to give direction to other providers to ensure proper patient care is being delivered to all patients.
Pay range - $53.87-$76.92
