The role involves providing evidence-based psychological services, including screening, assessment, and treatment planning, while managing psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Long-Term Care facilities and offering various therapy modalities and behavioral management services.
Candidates must be able to practice independently, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and maintain excellent organizational and communication skills. They are also expected to manage their own counseling schedules and complete session notes promptly using the Geriatric Notes Tool.
