The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled care under the supervision of a registered physical therapist across all American Senior Communities settings, including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies. Responsibilities include developing and continuing treatment plans, assisting with discharge plans, and contributing to case management while maintaining positive interactions.
The role requires the ability to provide quality patient care and adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy assistant services. Candidates must be willing to cover services in Kokomo, Peru, and Wabash.
