The Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide direct therapy to patients according to the Occupational Therapist's plan of care, while also monitoring and documenting patient progress. Responsibilities also include collaborating on discharge plans and contributing to case management.
The role requires assisting in providing skilled care under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist and being able to deliver services across all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Candidates must maintain positive interactions and adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
