One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will oversee operations and clinical aspects of our rehabilitation programs.
Your leadership ensures high-quality, patient-centered, and effective services, optimizing recovery and independence.
Every day you will manage and mentor rehabilitation staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulations, and patient safety.
You'll coordinate care, optimize schedules and workflows, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians.
You will also monitor outcomes, identify improvements, and implement enhancement strategies.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership and team management, with in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to patient-centered care and program excellence are essential.
Job Requirements Required Masters Other in business or healthcare-related field.
A combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of varied clinicalexperience.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
Previous experience in facility-wide integration and collaboration.
