The Physical Therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and modalities based on patient needs and functional goals. This role also involves reviewing patient information, communicating the treatment process, revising plans as needed, and instructing patients/families on post-discharge exercises.
Candidates must possess a current Physical Therapist license specific to the State of Illinois and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Current CPR certification is also required for this position.

$40 - $60/hour. This does not include the personal monthly bonus (PCT) and/or weekend bonus.
