About the Role

• The Registered Nurse plays a critical role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to a diverse patient population, with a focus on geriatric and cardiac care.
• This position requires providing direct patient care that ensures quality outcomes through comprehensive patient assessment, monitoring, and intervention.
• The nurse will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that enhance patient satisfaction and promote recovery.
• Compassionate patient education is integral to this role, empowering patients and their families to understand health conditions and treatment options.
• Ultimately, the nurse contributes to maintaining a safe, supportive, and healing environment that upholds the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in acute care or geriatric nursing.
• Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments and deliver direct patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
