Responsibilities include: · Providing direct, resident-centered nursing care. · Administering medications and treatments as ordered. · Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. · Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. · Monitoring resident health, documenting observations, and responding to changes in condition. · Educating residents and families on care plans. · Ensuring rooms are ready for new admissions and participating in orientation.
