The qualified nurse will assess and evaluate patients presenting with wounds, colostomies, and injuries, ensuring optimal patient care delivery through wound care nursing procedures. This role also involves providing education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections, and coordinating care with other health professionals.
Candidates must be a team player and possess a Tennessee LPN or RN License; being a Wound Care Certified Nurse is preferred but not mandatory. The position also requires some on-call availability.
