The specialist will provide daily support and supervision to men in a sober living environment, facilitating skill-building and community groups to promote recovery principles. This role involves implementing therapeutic activities, supervising daily routines like house jobs and meals, and consulting with the multidisciplinary team on daily therapeutic direction.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, along with proficiency in behavioral management techniques. Essential duties include supervising resident behavior, implementing interventions, developing resident education, and assisting clients with accessing community services.

As a Recovery Home Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in supporting men who are working toward lasting recovery in a sober living environment at a Rosecrance recovery home. In this position, you will provide daily support and supervision to residents while facilitating skill-building and community groups that promote accountability, personal growth, and healthy living. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver addiction treatment services to clients and their families while encouraging residents to apply recovery principles in their everyday lives. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed to sustain long-term recovery.
