Staff will supervise and manage resident behavior, implement therapeutic activities, and facilitate the development of independent living skills such as budgeting and meal preparation in a group home setting. Responsibilities also include developing and presenting resident education, maintaining client service records, and ensuring house cleanliness.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, GED, or higher education, along with a valid driver's license and personal transportation to meet agency insurance requirements. A commitment to serving as a role model for recovery and the ability to work flexible hours are essential for this position.

This Recovery Specialist position is located in the CILA program working with adult clients in a group home setting. Recovery Specialist staff assist adult clients with daily living skills and providing hands on skills teaching for budgeting, meal planning, and meal preparation. However the days and times may vary based on the immediate needs of the site. A level of flexibility is required for this position and also an understanding that a set schedule is not always guaranteed.
