The Registered Nurse protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest licensure level and collaborating with providers and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure care coordination across the continuum. This role involves assessing and supporting physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients and families, mentoring team members, and promoting best practices.
Required qualifications include current Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois or Michigan and current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS prior to the start date, along with at least 1 year of RN experience. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and experience as an RN in a healthcare environment, along with basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.

License/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment. At least 1 year of RN experience
