The technologist will facilitate all pre-biopsy imaging, equipment setup, and post-biopsy care, assisting the Radiologist with various guided breast biopsies including stereotactic, tomosynthesis, ultrasound, and MRI-guided procedures. Key duties also involve preparing procedure-related charts, ensuring infection control, performing post-biopsy mammograms, and calibrating nuclear medicine.
Candidates must possess ARRT (M) Mammography certification with prior biopsy experience, and must obtain Breast Sonography Certification within one year of hire. Strong skills in patient care, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with current CPR/BLS certification.
Qualified external candidates may be eligible for sign-on bonuses (up to $7,500 for part-time positions)

Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is a private radiology practice, composed of over 130 physicians. The group's mission is to improve the health of the patients in the communities we serve by providing them with the highest quality, specialty-based diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy and associated medical care. A full range of outpatient diagnostic and interventional services is offered though Invision Sally Jobe. The breast care service lines are staffed solely by the breast radiologists.
Compensation is between $42.00 and $65.00 per hour
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associates reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Applications will be received on an ongoing basis, and this position will remain open until filled.
Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Part-time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro-rated basis. PRN employees are not eligible for benefits.
