The role involves performing core interventional radiology procedures including interventional oncology, thrombectomy, hepatobiliary interventions, complex embolizations, and spinal procedures across nine hospitals in the Denver metro area. Responsibilities also include working in a physician-owned outpatient IR clinic/vein center and sharing IR call equally among associates and partners.
Candidates must complete an IR residency or a diagnostic radiology residency followed by an IR fellowship, and be proficient in both vascular and non-vascular IR procedures. The ideal applicant should be team-oriented, committed to clinical excellence, and dedicated to building strong relationships with referring physicians and hospital partners.

RIA is seeking fellowship-trained interventional radiologists to join our team in the Denver metro area. We are currently offering both partnership and contract positions who value being part of an independent, physician-owned, and collegial practice that continues to grow. Our IR section currently consists of 19 interventional radiologists and five full time mid-level practitioners. We provide coverage at nine hospitals in the Denver metro area including one Level 1 trauma center, five additional level 2 trauma centers, and one liver transplant center.
RIA is the largest and only fully subspecialized physician-owned radiology practice in Colorado. We currently have 125+ radiologists who serve over 35 hospitals and 19 imaging centers throughout Colorado, Kansas, and Hawaii.
