The Ultrasound Technologist will perform high-quality ultrasound procedures according to departmental policies and regulatory requirements, while also assisting radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed. Key duties include monitoring patient well-being during exams, recognizing discomfort, and safeguarding patient property and health information.
Applicants must have completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with a diploma and passed the SPI exam. Current ARDMS certifications or eligibility for ARDMS Registry is preferred, and a current BLS certification is mandatory for success in this role.
