The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, creating discharge plans, and making revisions to the established plan of care, all under physician supervision. This role supports improving patient outcomes within a collaborative, wellness-focused environment.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program, along with required state and national board certifications and an active state license. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are also necessary.
