Job Summary and Responsibilities As our ICU RN, you will help critically ill patients requiring complex medical interventions and continuous oversight by providing exceptional, high-acuity nursing care, closely monitoring conditions, and administering prescribed medications and treatments so they can receive the vital support necessary to stabilize and achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Every day you will work directly in the Intensive Care Unit, managing the complex needs of critically ill individuals.
You will be expected to rapidly assess changing patient statuses, collaborate closely with physicians, and execute precise, life-saving interventions in a high-stakes environment.
