• Elizabeth's Home Health team.
• The OTA will work collaboratively with the OT and other interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.
• Job Requirements **This is a PRN Position**

Qualifications

Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field. Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting. Current Drivers License Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations Ready to Make a Difference?
